Key ResponsibilitiesWorks within the Customer Service organization to ensure a flawless tender process, rigorously adhering to the EMEA Tender procedure and Polish public tender legislation. Collaborates closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious sales revenue goals.Demonstrates proven expertise in Public Procurement processes, evaluating compliance with customer terms and conditions, resolving legal issues, and liaising with the Legal team when necessary.Owns the tender monitoring and submission process, meticulously reading tender specifications, reviewing terms and conditions, highlighting deviations, gathering necessary information, and successfully implementing the tender submission process.Provides outstanding training to local teams on the latest laws and regulations.RequirementsExperienced in both Customer Service and Tender processes within a dynamic sales environment.Applies profound knowledge within the subject area with outstanding administrative and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates excellent planning, time management, and accuracy.Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions including Customer Service, Sales, Support, Service, Legal, and Finance.Takes ownership of solving problems independently and is determined to make appropriate decisions.Proficiencies / TasksApplies comprehensive knowledge of local legislation to manage public tenders for consumables and instruments across all business lines and conditions.Requests necessary approvals, gathers information, and issues required tender documents.Consults with the EMEA Legal team for complex issues, analyzing terms and conditions, performing risk assessments, and identifying potential impacts on tender awards.Defines and tracks tender timelines, ensuring timely and effective process completion.Collaborates closely with Sales teams, updates Salesforce Database, and reviews dashboards regularly.Conducts training sessions for new hires and refreshes training as necessary.Acts as the key contact for DACH tender processes within the Customer Service team.Actively supports EMEA tender team activities and participates in cross-functional projects.Proposes and implements local improvements, sharing standard methodologies with the EMEA customer service team.Provides regular reports on tender outcomes (won, lost) with detailed analysis for the Customer Service team.Manages the PDF invoicing project, collaborating effectively with the project team.Applies extensive knowledge on Supplier declarations and Assessments in close cooperation with Sales.
