Roles and Responsibilities include:
Familiar with disciplines such as: computer science, artificial intelligence, reverse engineering, RF engineering, signal processing, military operations, information warfare, policy analysis, scaled agile framework, and system architectureStrategize with senior government personnelAdvise and influence on cyber operations visionEngineer innovative tactics, techniques, and procedures to ensure resiliency in the face of cyber-attackPrevent malicious cyber activityDetect the presence of adversaries on friendly networksDevelop innovative cyber operations strategies, tactics, techniques, and proceduresWork closely with senior MITRE and government leaders to communicate vision and strategy to improve cyber operationsLead a team of MITRE personnel to implement strategy and/or develop prototype solutionsBasic Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fieldAt least 8 years of professional experienceA demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering and familiarity with cyber security processes and tools. Track record of innovative thinking with a bias toward action in the cyber security/resiliency domainDemonstrated ability to work with sponsors at a senior level to identify key technical challenges and opportunities.Experience developing work programs, shaping work programs, and creating sponsor relationships, especially as related to cyber software engineering, intel, public sector, and/or DOD cyber work programs.familiar with cybersecurity development including system testing & evaluation and verification & validation.Must have minimum of DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph clearanceProficiency in use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and WordMust have demonstrated proficiency and strength in verbal, written, PC, presentation, and communications skillsThis position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site presence.Preferred Qualifications:
