About the Job:

The Lead Cybersecurity, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) position will be a key part of our Identity Access and Governance (IGA) strategy. This role supports the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within the Chief Security Office (CSO). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the seamless onboarding of applications to SailPoint, ensuring the collection and standardization of all necessary data. They will play a critical role in collaborating with application owners and development teams, driving innovation in access management solutions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of IGA processes and best practices. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Accountability & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for the onboarding process to SailPoint, ensuring all required data and information are accurately gathered and documented.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with application owners to facilitate the collection of relevant app information, user data, and entitlements.

Data Collection & Standardization: Develop and utilize standardized forms and templates for the efficient gathering of necessary data from various systems and applications.

Migration Oversight: Oversee the migration of multiple applications from existing systems to SailPoint, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of the onboarding process, including data collection, migration activities, and status reports.

Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with SailPoint developers, providing them with the necessary information and support for the integration of applications.

Issue Resolution: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding and migration process, ensuring timely resolution.

Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding process and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data collection and migration activities.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition of applications to SailPoint and requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Partner with application owners to gather requirements necessary to onboard their apps to SailPoint.

Access Review Campaigns: Lead and execute access review campaigns, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

SOX Controls Monitoring: Monitor, refine, and enforce Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls related to access management.

Gap Analysis & Enhancement Advocacy: Identify gaps in existing solutions, gather requirements, and collaborate with product architecture and client teams to advocate for necessary enhancements.

Integration Support: Interface with application clients to implement, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues related to IGA solutions.

Technical Support Collaboration: Partner with Engineering Tier 2 / Tier 3 support as needed to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless operation.

Compliance & SLAs: Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).

Global Team Collaboration: Partner and collaborate with international and diverse teams to ensure seamless day-to-day business operations, effective handovers, and foster a unified team culture.

Qualifications:

Requires at least 5 years’ experience related to identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

Prior experience onboarding applications to SailPoint.

Product experience with SailPoint. 

Requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or relevant industry certifications preferred.

Experience with Azure DevOps a plus.

Experience with CyberArk and Delinea a plus.

Requires Daily Office Presence (5 days a week) at one of the listed locations.

Education: Preferred Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security.

Experience: Typically requires 5-8 years’ experience.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
