The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.

The Enterprise Data and Analytics team supports NIKE, Inc. in ensuring data used for decision making and functional capabilities is available, consistent, and trusted. You will be working in a globally matrixed environment. You and your teammates will be part of an empowered, highly capable team collaborating across Nike to deliver on business priorities with strong data management capabilities to elevate the maturity of Nike’s data.
Who you'll work with
You will report to the Director of Data Product & Data Quality Governance and
collaborate cross functionally with functional business teams, data product teams, engineers, architects, enterprise data governance and regulatory functions.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in data management, data governance or related field, plus 6+ years of experience implementing data governance standards, practices, and support models to achieve business objectives or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
Experience working in agile and product frameworks.
Expert interpersonal, written and verbal skills with proven ability to
educate, inform, persuade, and achieve understanding and buy-in on data management needs.
Extensive experience in leading complex projects with a team-focused approach, organize and manage deadlines, and demonstrated passion for working with data.
Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets.
Understanding / knowledge of data management platforms and how they areleveraged (i.e. Snowflake, Databricks).
What you'll work on
The Lead, Data Enablement role is responsible for ensuring consistency in practice with the Enterprise Data Enablement Framework, accountable for developing strategies and processes to ensure data on NIKE Inc.'s platforms is monitored and compliant with data management and governance requirements, standards, and policies.
This role is responsible for the following:
Responsible for ensuring management of data and data risks to achieve required levels of discoverability, consistency, quality and protection.
Accountable for ensuring the requirements associated with managing all data on NIKE Inc. platforms are being tracked, reported, and gaps are being remediated.
Evangelize and enforce data processes to manage the full lifecycle of data including data classification, data access, data risk and operational reporting.
Ensure consistency with the Data Governance Framework & deployment of data policies, standards & practices.
Actively participate in data-focused projects that require a data management point-of-view.
Exercise strong leadership working both independently and with project teams to understand, research, determine, document and communicate data management direction.
Utilize influencing & communication skills with Data Analytics and business partners towards resolution of data management opportunities.
Engage with the industry to learn about the best practices, gain insight and regulatory intelligence to help in building excellence in our governance initiatives.
