Lead Data Management Analyst

In this role, you will:

Organize and lead complex companywide initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processesOversee analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirementsIdentify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issuesEvaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data qualityMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of data governance standards and proceduresIdentify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new dataLead project teams and mentor less experienced staff membersRecommend remediation of process or control gaps that align to management strategyServe as relationship manager for a line of businessConsult with and provide recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibilityRepresent client in cross-functional groups to develop companywide data governance strategiesStrategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to coordinate and drive collaboration on solution design and remediation execution


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyExperience coordinating with Product Owners and Business Partners to ensure alignment on Product vision and strategy.Experience breaking down requirements/acceptance criteria into individual scriptsAbility to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areasAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team environment.Previous business acceptance/business functional testing experienceExperience in Originations and Servicing functionsALM Quality Center and/or Octane experienceExperience using the following systems: CUSP front end, CUSP Underwriting and Fulfilment, FDR/Fiserv, Hogan, UCA/OMNI, Credit Bridge, CPSAgile and Jira experience


Job Expectations:

1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (may be needed to attend Stateside meetings during US hours)Work from Office (as mandated by business, currently 3 Full Days in office)
