As a Quality & Demand Strategy Analyst, with Ecolab’s Global Business Solutions+ (GBS+) team, you will be responsible for executing on the Strategy & Governance Team’s priorities and service management processes (Capacity Analysis and Demand Management, Quality Framework and Analysis, and Risk Management & Business Continuity Processes). You will assist the Strategy & Governance leader to deliver on objectives, create a leading practice shared service organization, prepare for and host governance forums, and manage stakeholder relationships when needed. Specific emphasis is given to the development and maintenance of Capacity and Demand Management, Quality practices, and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) processes for GBS+ services.
Location: This position is located at Ecolab’s GBS Global Service Delivery Center in Pune, India (hybrid)

Capacity, Demand, & Quality Management
Responsible for maintaining and improving the health of GBS+’s Capacity, Demand, and Quality Management processes, tools and proceduresResponsible for carrying out quality reviews/ audits and documenting and reporting improvement opportunitiesResponsible for collecting and analyzing data related to resource capacity, forecasting, providing insights, and preparing and presenting results to leadershipResponsible for driving execution of the Demand Management processes to evaluate ability to transition work into/out of GBS+ including determining available resource and space capacity and value of transitionResponsible for visualizing outputs of Demand Management, with help from Insights Demand TeamBusiness Continuity & Risk Management
Responsible for maintaining and maturing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across GBS+ functional activities and site locationsPartner with stakeholders to conduct risk assessments to evaluate the impact of various types of disruptions on GBS+ functional processes and global site locationsCollaborate with GBS+ stakeholders to ensure the BCPs are comprehensive and effectiveConduct training sessions and drills to ensure associates are aware of and understand the BCPs. Analyze the results of tests and drills to identify areas for improvement. Promote a culture of preparednessSupport the leadership team in coordinating the response to actual disruptions, ensuring that the BCPs are executed effectivelyEstablish a cadence and process to regularly test and update the BCPs to ensure they reflect the work carried out by the GBS+ organization and current site locationsGovernance
When needed, responsible for preparing for Governance Forums: creating meeting templates, creating meeting content for those forums the Service Excellence Leader is hostingMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.12+ years relevant work experience, including experience in capacity planning, business continuity planning, and/or quality management processesLean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt)Quality management certification (ISO)Preferred Qualifications:
