Detailed engineering review related to FEED, Detail Engineering & Proposal Jobs like Technical bid evaluation for Pumps,compressor, EOT,Pressure vessel, Loading/Unloading arms,Shell & tube heat exchanger, Air cooler, Separator, Filter etc. and review of Vendor Technical offer on basis of Project requirement and Specification. Perform engineering, designing, supporting procurement, reviewing engineering documents, following up with vendors and engineering support to site related to Pumps,compressors etc. Technical resolution on client comments on all Rotating and package items engineering documents  Vendor drawing and calculation review as per code, standard & specification like ASME, TEMA, and API etc. and Familiar with Leading Compressors and Pumps Vendor Product Range Like Siemens, Flowserve, Sulzer , KSB, ITT, Ebara,Krislosker etc.

 

 

Preparation of Mechanical equipment list & Datasheets, Technical Specs, Equipment Selection Basis, Enquiry Requisition Preparation (Material Requisition), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Purchase Requisition and Vendor Documents Review, Pre-Bid Engineering and MTO Estimation  Has wide discipline knowledge; good coordination skill with all the other Engineering disciplines, engineering sub-contractors, vendors and construction teams, Inter Discipline Co-ordination to ensure Inputs and other requisite data is properly communicated to concerned discipline. Participation in inspection, testing & commissioning as required for Rotating Equipment / Vessels and Packaged Equipments. Conduct 3D model review of equipment in Navisworks software and ensure that the model follows the latest available information from vendors, equipment specifications and latest industry codes. Provide technical guidance to site engineers and technicians on rotary equipment operations and maintenance best practices, knowledge sharing with team members, updating departmental work procedures and checklist templates.  Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to rotary equipment, and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency. Hands-on experience in hydrotest, pneumatic test etc. Establish strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment and availability of spare parts and components for rotary machinery. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive design experience mainly on Rotating & other mechanical packages in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical and Chemical
