· Requires competence in all phases of the life cycle, systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods
· Possesses understanding in great depth of web-tier and associated technologies.
· Proficiency in BPM
Responsibilities:
· Serena Workflow Lead developer
· Primary responsibility will be to design/implement workflows within Serena.
· This individual will also be responsible for routine maintenance and monitoring of Serena systems, Documentation and testing
· Lead users through requirements gathering, definition, and documenting the requirements.
· Support the requirements gathering and documentation, analysis, design, development, testing, demonstrating and deploying Serena SBM workflows to meet user’s requirements
· Install and design hardware/software components of SBM
· Routine monitoring of Serena logs
· Troubleshoots complex problems that come from Client or end users that requires research and new solutions
· Defines and implements application level architecture design.
· Troubleshoots Serena systems at an expert level and should be able to do Root Cause Analysis of complex issues.
· Defines and implements application level architecture design
· Write specifications, how-to documentation, test plans, test reports, and best-practices.
· Design/Implement Serena workflows
