Lead DevOps EngineerWe're looking for an Lead Devops Engineer candidate with experience in DevOps engineering and exposure to cloud technologies to join our team. Location will be discussed during Offer time.

Technology You'll Use
DevOps Engineers work to shorten the systems development life cycle while delivering features, fixes, and updates frequently in close alignment with business objectives. Works with software developers, systems administrators, and other IT staff to oversee code releases. May be required to provision required resources, select an appropriate deployment model, direct the testing protocol to validate release, and monitor performance after release. Tasks may include preparing test data, analyzing results, troubleshooting problems, and communicating issues back to development.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
You will join a growing team and will be responsible for DevOps and Operations for several Informatica products. Our environment uses Agile methodologies and works closely with the Research and Development teams to ensure high-quality, stable environments for our customers.
Operate and administer the Cloud Application Integration (formerly Informatica Cloud Real-Time), Data Integration Taskflow environments, MDM Suite of Products and Services in production Develop the automation tools for deployment, patch updates and disaster recovery Support the agile software development process among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery Perform incident/alert troubleshooting, problem analysis and provide high quality solutions to technical issues Liaison with the Informatica Security Council to manage and defined ICS application security compliance standards Design and implement improvements to operation of the services on the cloud, through tuning at the application and database layer Manage RCA, Incident Process, and Risk Analysis of the cloud services On-call support in cases of issues on production environment Provide proactive support on critical issues, including liaison with business users, system users. Take ownership and resolve the issues related to production environment within expected by SLA time framesWhat We'd Like to See
Learn to use professional concepts and to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Work on problems of limited professional level scope and follow standard procedures in analyzing situations or data. Work with team-level impact and collaborate with others to achieve objectives. Must have system administration (DevOps) experience with Linux administration understanding. Bash Scripting, Ruby, Python, and/or Perl experience. Requires Automation experience. Development pipeline tools knowledge is preferred. Experience working with software build, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and deployment tools. Source control system and branch strategy, Perforce or Git preferred. Continuous delivery and deployment Agile development methodologies and release management techniques objectives.Role Essentials
6 or more years of overall service delivery experience, of which at least 5 years are in managing Cloud operation production environments and critical business services. At least 3 years of experience managing Cloud hosting infrastructure, such as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure Scripting language knowledge, such as Python, Shell, or Perl Build and maintain highly available systems on Kubernetes. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines. Implement an auto-scaling system for our Kubernetes nodes. Participate in on-call rotations.
