Lead Devops Engineer (Hybrid)
Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and skilled and detail-oriented Lead Devops Engineer, an individual with very strong hands on experienced GitHub Actions expert, should be able to design and implement GitHub actions from scratch and to to write the GitHub Actions workflows for spring boot, node JS and Python based applications from day-1

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Experience in Setting up GitHub actions Experience in Creating workflows/Reusable workflows, Composite Actions Configuring CICD with GitHub actions for Java/Python/UI based applications based on existing pipelines Expert level knowledge on GitHub Actions core concepts Advanced GitHub actions concepts like caching and optimizing the workflows Should be able clearly communicate with Client for thought process on GitHub action
Key Qualifications:
With 10+ years of experience Must have experience with GitHub Actions Expert level is mandatory Good to have skills AKS, GitHub, Sonarqube, Shell scripting, Azure, Jenkins, Maven. Very strong hands on experienced GitHub Actions expert. He should be able to design and implement GitHub actions from scratch. He should be the Thought partner to the client on GitHub Actions especially on Design and implementation and migration. He should able to advise the best practices based his previous experience to the client. He should be able to write the GitHub Actions workflows for spring boot, node JS and Python based applications from day-1 He should be able to write the reusable and composite actions. He should be able to configure self hosted runner on both on premise and AKS cloud runners He should be able to troubleshoot runners and Deployment issues. He should able to configure simultaneous deployments on targeted platform.
