BAE Systems is looking for an experienced DevSecOps engineer with leadership experience to manage a team responsible for developing the automated pipelines for data center/cloud environments and support automated build, test and release deployments. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. \#SWSD **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI clearance + Bachelor of Science degree in engineering/technical discipline and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience + Experience using DevSecOps tools such as GitLab, GitOps, Bitbucket, CI/CD Pipelines, Docker, Fortify, Sonarqube, Chef/Ansible, Terraform, Nexus, Jenkins + Experience with Docker and container orchestration/management tools + Understanding of AWS cloud services + Experience working with appropriate scripting languages and operating systems software (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) + Experience with version control systems, such as Git + Experience with Agile development and issue tracking systems, such as JIRA + Experience with UNIX and/or Linux + Experience leading a team of cross functional engineers to design and deploy scalable, highly available, secure cloud infrastructure that supports various applications and workloads. + Excellent verbal and written communications skills **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science + Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance + Security 8570 certification + Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) + Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) + AWS or similar Cloud Provider Experience + Solid understanding of Message Service NATS, Kafka, Redis + Strong Linux and Networking background + Software development experience with C /Java **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
