Lead Digital Customer Growth
**Job Description:** **This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered** **Key Responsibilities** Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: _Digital Strategy and eCommerce Coordination_ + Create a strategic approach in how we connect the customer through their path to purchase journey from marketing activation to digital platforms leading to purchase + Collaborate with cross-functional partners and development teams to develop and align digital strategies with eCommerce solutions, ensuring seamless integration across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms. + Provide a thoughtful approach in how we message specific audience with research to engage consumer with the right approach + Enhance digital sales channels and distribution partnerships, including affiliate sales and digital acquisition partnerships. + Manage campaigns through launch rollouts, product management, and online offer _Campaign Strategy Management:_ + Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels -- with a strong emphasis on the app and website -- to engage customers at critical points in their journey. + Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align on goals, manage timelines, and ensure successful campaign execution. + Utilize expert knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals to create compelling web content and messaging that drives conversions. _Strategic Coordination for Optimized Execution:_ + Ensure every digital campaign is optimized at launch and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements while in market. + Post campaign analysis capturing performance, improvements made throughout the flight, engagements, conversion and key takeaways on the wins and losses + Analyze various planning layers, from annual strategies to channel-specific plans to strategically guide campaigns toward achieving their objectives, with a focus on web performance metrics. _Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management and Communication:_ + Work closely with cross-functional teams at both working and executive levels, providing essential information to facilitate clear decision-making. + Foster strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and other partners to drive campaign success. _Governance and Oversight:_ + Maintain keen attention to detail regarding timelines and ensure all campaign materials are prepared within approval windows. + Communicate effectively with teams and leadership about approval processes for all milestone documents related to campaigns. + Continuously seek ways to improve processes and workflows, especially those related to web content management. _Project Management:_ + Utilize workflow management tools like Adobe Workfront to manage campaign records, alerts, variances, and timelines. + Ensure marketing records are up-to-date with the latest strategies and documentation. _Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:_ + Identify trends and opportunities to create more efficient processes. + Partner with workflow tool business owners to enhance processes, driving high-quality work while accelerating execution. + Collaborate with marketing owners and channel partners to provide feedback and find additional synergies and efficiencies. + Utilize advanced analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and performance metrics. + Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize digital strategies. + Implement data-driven decision-making processes to enhance customer journeys, improve site performance, and drive digital sales growth across AT&T’s Consumer and Business ecosystem. _Technology and Innovation:_ + Lead a test & learn mindset, adopting structured hypothesis-driven rapid learning. + Identify key problems or opportunities across digital and partner with design and technology teams to align on a clear path forward. + Focus on key trends and growth drivers such as personalization and scalable AI use cases. + Drive platform technology enhancements to ensure robust, scalable, and secure digital infrastructure that supports seamless customer experiences and integrates with emerging technologies. **Qualifications** + Proven leader in strategic cross-functional coordination of large-scale digital marketing activities. + Extensive experience managing holistic digital campaigns across multiple channels and audience segments, with a strong focus on website optimization. + Strong organizational skills with experience in managing complex go-to-market processes, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. + Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. + Expert presentation and persuasion skills at the executive level. + Executive presence that inspires confidence among internal and external stakeholders; ability to communicate key information concisely. + Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage deeply with team details and influence senior leaders. + Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating structure and process where needed. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Expertise in Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred** + Background in strategic agency roles. **Education:** Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. **Experience:** Typically requires 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar area of responsibility.
