Summary:

Offer Strategy and Execution: Lead and enhance digital offers and promotion strategies for both consumer and business customers in close partnership with marketing teams, with additional focus on leveraging offers to drive converged customer growth. Oversee the execution of channel exclusive and national offers, working across digital teams and marketing teams to ensure the traffic strategy and experience are optimized for success. Model and forecast new offers and recommend online offer plan quarterly.

Overall Purpose: Drive digital customer growth across AT&T’s consumer and business digital ecosystems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Partner across Mid Markets and Mass Markets to drive National offer strategy for Business and Consumer customers.Model and forecast quarterly offer proposals with financial impact estimatesMonitor launched offers and their performance against forecast, lead optimization efforts as neededDevelop capability roadmap to enable new and improved experiences for offersManage execution of all Wireless & Fiber offers across implementation teams and define requirements and business benefitsGive insight into prioritization of offer display based on performance across the full funnel to enable efficient strategies with upper and lower funnel teamsPartner with competitive intelligence teams to proactively identify new competitive pressures and appropriate responses when these pressures arise.Partner with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations teams to source new opportunities and efficiencies.Communicate performance and new opportunities in succinct and digestible formats to clearly define business benefit and strategy for execution teams

Work Schedule:  This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted.  No relocation is offered
