What you will be Doing: + Directs the work activity for a group of drivers. + Assist in minimizing cost. + Assist the Station Manager with the following: Recruit, interview, select, train, motivate, coach, and mentor transport drivers. + Responsible assisting in the daily maintenance review of fleet vehicles; daily vehicle inspections, schedule maintenance, and communicate concerns to Manager. + Maintaining a positive environment while enforcing company policies. + Safely transporting top airline crew members to/from airport and hotels in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner. + Listening and speaking to people in person and by radio. + Assisting airline crew members on and off the bus and help with luggage as needed. + Focus on safety, accountability and creating raving fans!
