Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Lead a team of drivers to optimize cost, maximize profitability, and elevate the customer experience. + Provide leadership, direction, and continuous improvement to the drivers through coaching and feedback. + Assist in emergency situations to minimize overtime. + Collaborate with the Station Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring transport drivers. + Oversee daily maintenance of fleet vehicles, including inspections, scheduling, and communication with the Fleet Manager. + Promote a safe work environment through safety audits, regular safety meetings, and individual staff discussions. Additional Responsibilities: + Collaborate with the Station Manager on managing local permits, vehicle registrations, and timely renewals through communication with finance. + Cultivate positive relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required. + Ensure timely completion of required paperwork, adhering to company policies and protocols. + Maintain insurability under the company motor vehicle insurance.
