Purpose / Objective:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead - Electrical for our City Side Development (CSD) team. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with a proven track record in leading electrical projects. As a Lead - Electrical, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing electrical systems and infrastructure within our real estate projects in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As the Lead - Electrical, your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the planning, design, and implementation of electrical systems for real estate projectsAwareness of NBC, ECBC, EIA and relevant applicable standardsReview of Design deliverables, Load Calculation, SLD, DBR, Layouts, Tenders, Technical specifications and Data sheetsAwareness of Electrical design criteria of various switchgear Protection systems including Earthing & Lightning.Experienced in Green building certification, CFO approvals, Environmental approvals and other building plan related approvals.Experienced in liaison activity for obtaining temporary and permanent power supply Awareness of Designing Security, IT-communication, FAVA, BMS system and other applicable extra low voltage services.Directing detail engineering with various calculations like Voltage Drop, Cable sizing, Cable Tray Sizing, Shaft Sizing, Short Circuit current and Bus Duct sizingExternal/Infra Area Layout & Substation Layout, Cable Tray, Trench, Raceway & Earth Pit Layout, ELV Schematic and Layouts, MATVOverseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with other building componentsProviding technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering principles and best practicesManaging and mentoring a team of electrical engineers and techniciansConducting regular inspections and assessments to identify and address electrical issues or improvementsPreparing project documentation, reports, and budget estimates related to electrical scope of workEnsuring adherence to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety within the electrical teamStaying updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency and sustainability12-15 years of experience in the Real Estate industryDemonstrated track record of successfully leading electrical projectsProven experience in managing and coordinating electrical design, installation, and maintenance activitiesBachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
