As a Lead Electrical Tech here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for guiding and managing a team of electrical technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Program Manager and you'll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guide and manage a team of electrical technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and facilitation to the team members
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies, processes, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical systems
