**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Electrical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the electrical field and will be responsible for overseeing residential electrical projects, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing an electrical helper and working on new construction of townhomes for S&A Homes, our sister company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and coordinate the work of one electrical helper on residential projects.
+ Plan and execute electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential properties.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
+ Ensure projects comply with electrical codes and safety regulations.
+ Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to complete projects efficiently.
+ Inspect and ensure the quality of electrical work performed.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
+ Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project managers.
+ Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
+ Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
**Top Skills - Must Haves:**
+ Electrical

+ Ability to read blueprints
+ Residential construction experience
+ Own hand tools
+ Must work well with others
+ Must hold a driver’s license for the past 3 years with less than 3 violations in the last 3 years

+ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, tools, and methods.

**Work Environment: You will be working on new residential townhome builds in the State College/Altoona area.**
