**Job Title: Lead Electrician** **Job Description** Candidates will be supporting the installation of electrical systems for infrastructure in data centers throughout Northern Virginia. The role involves installing and repairing control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, and circuit-breaker panels. Candidates will also measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit, troubleshoot issues, and make recommendations to resolve situations. Additionally, they will interpret plans, sketches, wiring diagrams, and specifications, and determine the method and sequence of proposed installation of electrical fixtures and equipment, such as AC/DC motors, control panels, PLCs, and switches. **Responsibilities** + Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, thermostats, and circuit-breaker panels. + Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit. + Troubleshoot issues and make recommendations to resolve situations. + Interpret plans, sketches, wiring diagrams, and specifications. + Determine the method and sequence of proposed installation of electrical fixtures and equipment, such as AC/DC motors, control panels, PLCs, and switches. **Essential Skills** + 5 plus years of electrical construction experience. + 4 plus years of experience in the commercial/data center industry. + Journeyman license or equivalent electrical training and experience. + Valid Driver's license. + Experience on 10-50k square foot projects. + Experience working in Data Centers or mission-critical facilities (Preferred). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5-10 years of experience as an electrician. + 4-8 years of experience in the field or a related area. **Why Work Here?** Once permanent, employees receive 4 weeks of PTO, a Christmas bonus, and tool incentives.
