Job Description

Pay Rate: $30.75 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:                                                                                           Percent of Time    Codes*

                                   

Supervise maintenance employees as directed by Management in plant.  Provide materials and planning for maintenance repairs.  Provide leadership and direction to maintenance employees, interface with other department employees.  Assess and respond to facility maintenance needsGeneral cleaning and/or assisting other crew, if required                                      Maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation, and GMP                   requirements while performing job duties

Qualifications

Requirements:

 

Must have a minimum of five years of  facilities maintenance experience.Must have good written and oral English communications skillsMust be able to lift 50 poundsMust be able to work from a ladderMust be able and willing to work rotating Tuesday-Saturday work weeks  and weekendsMust be able to pass a test at the appropriate skill level for this positionMust be able to stand for prolong periods of time on concrete/metal grate floors.Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to interact positively with Plant Production and Maintenance personnel to resolve maintenance issues.
