Process Oversight:
Ensure all finished products are cleaned, trimmed, and folded to meet quality standards.Monitor process adherence, ensuring that FIFO (First In, First Out) is maintained on the line.Observe associate performance, ensuring production rates and efficiency goals are met.Enforce proper workflows and escalate any deviations or issues to supervisors.Staffing and Workload Management:
Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient coverage for current and upcoming workloads.Coordinate with supervisors to address any gaps in staffing or scheduling.Training and Development:
Facilitate on-the-job training for team members, ensuring they are proficient in processes and procedures.Maintain and update the training matrix to track associate skill levels and certifications.Identify skill gaps and coordinate additional training as needed.Tool and Inventory Management:
Control tool inventory to ensure all necessary equipment is available and maintained.Monitor tool usage and report any issues or shortages to supervisors.Communication and Problem-Solving:
Act as the primary point of contact for team members, addressing concerns and escalating issues as necessary.Maintain clear and proactive communication with supervisors about production challenges or bottlenecks.DE&I and EEOC:
