Ensures that Exelon is appropriately represented on industry project teams & working groups. Possesses superior knowledge of NRC & FEMA regulatory requirements & INPO guidance. Monitors and reports on current regulatory issues and determines actions and support needed for Emergency Preparedness regulatory compliance. **Primary Duties and Accountabilities** · Assesses the impact of regulatory changes and initiatives on Exelon Nuclear programs, procedures, T&RMs, work practices, equipment and training. · Develops action plans with tasks, owners, and due dates required to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and/or regulatory guidance. · Provides in-depth technical expertise to coordinate and/or perform reviews of draft regulation and regulatory guidance and coordinate responses to the NRC through NEI and/or Exelon Nuclear Licensing. · Acts as primary EP point of contact for site decommissioning activities. · Coordinates EP representation on NEI & INPO taskforces and NRC Rulemaking meetings and activities. · Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of technical projects and programs **Minimum Qualifications** · Bachelor’s degree in technical field and a minimum of 8 years Emergency Preparedness/Licensing or related experience and exceptional performance OR · Two year degree in a technical field with 10 years Emergency Preparedness/Licensing or related experience exceptional performance with five years at exempt level OR · In lieu of degree, 12 years Emergency Preparedness/Licensing or related experience and exceptional performance with five years at exempt level · Approval of VP Licensing & Regulatory required to obtain this classification **Preferred Qualifications** · Applicable Professional certification (i.e., Licensed Operator, CHP, CEM) Constellation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
