About this RoleThis full-time position will allow flexible scheduling and encompass a variety of shifts to ensure patient care initiatives are upheld and the team is supported. As we expand services back to 24/7, our ER doctors will rotate through all shift types, and our Lead doctor will help to assess and ensure patient and team needs are being met.
Day-to-day workflow includes, but not limited to: ER doctor scheduling, recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training; facilitating regular department meetings; and providing mentorship and oversight to both doctors and support staff. The ER Lead will partner closely with our Medical Director and Hospital Director.

About Our TeamOur emergency doctors work with receiving and inpatient care, and some enjoy cutting soft tissue surgery cases. We also have the support of our in-house specialty surgeons, Dr. Trey Townsend and Dr. Lindsey Lavin, and we enjoy a close partnership with a broad range of specialists within the Ethos network in the greater Boston area.We have friendly and well-trained support staff, with several credentialed technicians including Jaime Maher, CVT, VTS (ECC, Anesthesia), who is our Technician Training Manager.
