Job Title: Lead Engineer

Job Description

We seek a Engineering Lead to join our team. You will oversee a small, complex team working on custom projects and multiple projects throughout different times of year. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in automation and robotics, and ideally, some exposure to medical and complex products.

Responsibilities Perform independent evaluation, selection, and application in making adaptations and modifications to projects.Function as shift lead overseeing up to six techniciansManages and provides leadership for the functional group’s development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes and supporting overall business and corporate objectives.Implements and understands FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary.Schedule

Shift 4: Thursday-Saturday every other Wednesday NIGHTS
