Overview Role Description This is a full-time role for a Commercial Refrigeration Technician. The Commercial Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing commercial refrigeration systems. You will work with various types of refrigeration units, including walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, AHU/ HVAC and other commercial equipment. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators. Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimum performance, Install new refrigeration components as needed. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in refrigerated systems. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations. Qualifications Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration. EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required. Osha Certification Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and HVAC principles. Knowledge of all types of HVAC equipment Ability to read and interprets technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
