Job Description Summary

General maintenance of hotel casino indoor and outdoor premises. Work with all departments on an as needed basis. Coordinates Engineering activity in the absence of the Engineering Manager.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

In the absence of the Engineering Manager, receives and reviews all Engineering request forms to decide problem and resolution and delegates in the absence of the Engineering Manager.   Responsible for timely repairs, maintenance, installation of HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Pumps, Cooling towers, and related piping. Responsible for meters, gauges, and other testing equipment, and to assure the accurate operation, in order to detect and identify problems and the appropriate path for repairs. Responsible for all timely and accurate documentation of all repairs and PM reports. Monitors and maintains the BMS (building management system) for accurate operation. Works with outside vendors (pertaining specifically to the central plant, and associated equipment) to assure that repairs are carried out in professional and qualified manner. Performs departmental technical projects which include, but not limited to, electrical and mechanical repairs. Performs refrigeration repairs. Performs metal fabrication welding repairs. Performs Plumbing repairs. Performs Electrical repairs. Performs kitchen equipment repairs. Performs Masonry repairs Performs carpentry repairs. Provides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance Regulations, and the ACRM and ACPS systems of internal controls, and standard operating procedures.
