Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead/support the hybrid-electric system testing campaigns and tasksLead/support the safety strategy, procedure and checks for hardware testing campaignsAnalyze system test data and provide analysis and summary reportsCollaborate with interfacing disciplines as well as partners and subcontractors on hybrid-electric system or component testing

Required Qualifications

MS in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar fieldMultiple years of experience in testing of electromechanical systems and their components, preferably in the hybrid-electric field.Proficient experience in integration, troubleshooting, and debugging mechanical and electrical systems.Experience in validating electric propulsion systems through prototyping and laboratory testingProven expertise and leadership skills in safety of electrical/mechanical systems through both certifications and hardware experienceExperience in Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of electric propulsion systemsProficient experience with electronic test equipment and instrumentation.Experience with Hardware in the Loop (HiL) toolsExperience with serial communication bussesProven system thinker with ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
