Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, customization, and support of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and DSD (Direct store delivery) module. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and maintain the SAP SD module to meet business needs. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP). Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP SD and DSD functionalities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD and DSD modules. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. 6-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD and DSD modules. Strong knowledge of SAP configuration and implementation methodologies. Proven track record in leading SAP projects and delivering successful outcomes. Proficiency in SAP debugging tools such as ABAP Debugger, Runtime Analysis, and SAP Debugging Workbench. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex business processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. SAP certification in SD and/or SDD LMD module is a plus. Preferred Skills: Strong SAP SD knowledge Experience with SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP). Experience in the FMCG sector.
