Lead Engineer - Techops Engineering
Primary responsibility to Server Infrastructure management, Application Support and resolution to the Customer issue as L2/L3 support

·         Monitoring and maintain the server

·         Monitoring of environments, through automated alerting and execution of daily health checks.

·         Troubleshooting of issues related to application and environment.

·         Skills to investigate the Application failure, providing resolution and find out the RCA

·         Well versed with Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service Management

·         Experienced in Monitoring using tool Grafana, Kibana etc..

·         Proactively and independently working on resolving issues before they impact the business

·         Should have knowledge and hands-on on DB (SQL & Non-SQL), 

·         Good to have a hands-on to the shell scripting & Python 

·         Must be able to prepare the daily reports and share across on the issues
