As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting the testing and development of our products. You will report directly to our Test Engineer Supervisor, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location. This role will be a full-time on-site position. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct tests, analyze results, and provide technical support to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. Key Responsibilities + Setup test benches and equipment + Conduct tests and experiments according to established procedures + Analyze test data and provide technical support to engineering teams Product Integration + Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues + Product Verification and Validation + Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures and results Operate general purpose test equipment + Operate/Test with environmental test equipment such as Rate Tables, Thermal Chambers, Thermal Vacuums, Linear Vibrators, etc. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans + Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems + Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and scope + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a performance-driven salary, cutting-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
