As a Lead Engineering Technician II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality prototypes. You will work with a team of skilled machinists and engineers to bring innovative designs to life. Your attention to detail and precision will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the prototypes.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Supervisor and you'll work out of our Glendale, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the development of cutting-edge products and solutions, contributing to Honeywell's commitment to delivering innovative and reliable solutions to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality prototypes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize the manufacturing process
• Ensure the accuracy and functionality of the prototypes through precise machining

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
\n • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist
• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
