As a Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in assisting the engineering team and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. You will lead and coordinate a team of technicians to provide technical facilitation for product development and testing. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering projects by providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
