Lead Enterprise Risk Officer - Issue Management Policy Oversight, Monitoring & Execution

In this role, you will:

Participate and develop, implement, and monitor risk-based requirements and related processes to identify, assess and mitigate risks across lines of business and risk domains in multiple risk categories for Enterprise Risk.Monitor and provide oversight for enterprise risk program systems, program data and related reporting.Review moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors related to an enterprise risk program.Utilize risk knowledge and risk management skills to issue resolutions for moderate to high-risk companywide projects and initiatives.Develop, implement, monitor, and interpret, risk-based governance programs, create new program guidance and job aid materials.Develop, implement, monitor business process procedures, and control related documentation.Communicate program requirements and objectives, process and system related details.Resolve moderately complex enterprise risk program integration to enable resolution of issues and consistent issue management execution while leveraging solid understanding of the risk policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Guide and direct the organization in terms of policies, effectiveness of companywide initiative execution and related reporting.Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.Identify opportunities to simplify processes, create efficiencies.Use analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools to inform enterprise risk program insights or outcomes.


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Risk Management experience (Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Previous risk management experience, including Independent Risk Management / 2nd line of defense or Control experience.Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management.Familiarity with executing monitoring plan activities for risk management in a business of comparable size, scale, and complexity as Wells Fargo.Ability to actively participate in enterprise projects and to think conceptually to identify and address future challenges and opportunities.Strong written and verbal communication skills including across large forums and multiple levels of the organization.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change.Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis.Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.


Job Expectations:

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.This position offers a hybrid work schedule.Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
