About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Equipment Finance Account Manager. The Account Manager will support the team covering Specialty Industries. This position’s primary focus is to support and drive the Program business within Specialized Industries.   This individual will be responsible for maintenance and expansion of existing client relationships, onboarding new relationships, assisting the management teams in supporting customer requests for assigned accounts, as well as meeting assigned production targets. #commercialbanking


In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in managing working relationships with clients which already have existing accounts within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area

Contribute to development of new accounts and expanding existing account relationships

Exercise independent judgment in managing and enhancing working relationship with the existing clients and meet business objectives within Equipment Finance Account Management functional area

Independently manage assigned account relationships

Assist the Management teams in supporting customer requests for accounts and developing new accounts

Collaborate with existing internal and external customers to build a working relationship


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Finance Account Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Prior Equipment Finance Vendor experience

Prior Sales Experience

Strong experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues

Extensive client relationship management experience

Extensive knowledge and understanding of lease and loan products, pricing, credit underwriting, and documentation processes

Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics

Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$73,100.00 - $129,900.00
