Executive Assistant to the CEO of\nAdvanced Materials

In October, 2024 Honeywell announced\nthe spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone\npublicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this\nrole, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this\nfuture transaction when the separation occurs. 

As an Executive Assistant to the CEO of Advanced Materials here at Honeywell,\nyou will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and the leadership team in\ndriving the success of the business unit. You will be responsible for managing\nthe CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling\nconfidential information with discretion. You will report directly to the CEO\nand work out of our Advanced Materials headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and\ngain exposure to the strategic decision-making process. You will contribute to\nthe success of the business unit by providing high-level administrative support\nand ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings and\nappointmentsPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materialsHandle complex travel arrangements, expenses and logistics for the CEO Maintain\nconfidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretionAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentsConduct research and gather information to support the CEO's decision-making\nprocessServe as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including\nemployees, customers, and partnersCollaborate with other executive assistants and administrative staff to ensure\nefficient operation of the CEO's office

YOU MUST HAVE

High School Diploma or equivalent 10+ years’\nexperience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level\nexecutivesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to handle confidential information with discretionThe candidate\nmust be accessible and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and\nweekends when needed.
