We are looking for an Executive Protection Agent to join our SOC team based out of Boston, MA.    Position Summary The Lead/Supervisor Executive Protection Agent is responsible for overseeing the protection and safety of high-profile individuals, including executives, dignitaries, celebrities, and other persons of interest. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with leadership capabilities who can manage a team of protection agents while coordinating with other security personnel and external agencies. The primary goal is to ensure the safety and security of the client through proactive risk assessment, strategic planning, and expert execution of protective measures.
  Manage and direct protective security operations. Conduct pre-mission planning including threat review, site surveys, route reconnaissance. Employ risk mitigation strategies and identify and respond to potential threats. Coordinate movement and security plans with security operations center, designated client representatives, and local law enforcement as prudent and required. Directly supervise EP agents. Ensure that all EP assignments are properly covered and that the team is operating smoothly, in accordance with schedule and preset plans. Perform close protection duties ensuring 24/7 safety of the assigned Client(s). Complete trip and after-action reports. All position responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company Policies Including the Company’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Threat Assessment and Risk Management Executive Protection Strategies Security Technology Local and International Law Crisis Management and Incident Response Logistics and Coordination Leadership and Team Management Communication and Interpersonal Skills Advanced Tactical Skills Problem-Solving and Decision Making Cultural Sensitivity and Diplomacy   Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience required Length of Experience: At least 3 years of Executive Protection Experience as a supervisor Certifications: CPR, AED and Basic First Aid Certification Licenses/Registrations: Must be a U.S. Citizen, valid passport, ability to travel as required, must successfully pass the background screening process, must be able to pass physical and psychological exam, advanced firearms training, must be able to pass a physical fitness test and bi-annual requalification, must be able to pass firearms qualification and quarterly requalification, Law Enforcement, Military, or Private Sector Security CONUS/OCONUS experience. Tactical/Operational experience in a high threat environment. Advanced medical training (EMT, TCCC/TECC, etc.).   Essential Functions: Essential functions are those tasks that an employee MUST be able to perform. No function should be labeled essential if incumbent employees do not perform the duty/task regularly (e.g., an administrative assistant who types correspondence regularly) or on an intermittent, critical as-needed basis (e.g., an armed security guard who must be in sufficient physical shape to chase, fight and apprehend a suspect).

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $100,000-150,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
