Lead Executive Recruiter

As our Lead Executive Recruiter, you will lead Guardian’s enterprise-wide executive recruiting practices.

You will be joining a dedicated and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will play a meaningful role as a core member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, collaborating, sharing insights and perspectives. You will develop key relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, as well as with Guardian’s senior leadership team and help to identify and attract top executive talent to the organization.

You Are:A self-starter who is motivated by collaboration, a problem solver who enjoys diving into data, loves to navigate a complicated search, is thorough and has strong interpersonal skills.

You Will:Develop an executive search strategy with a focus on applying best in class search and sourcing methods to deliver on business needs.Define target success metrics and objectives and audit data and insights to assess success and efficacy of sourcing strategies to improve team performance.Partner effectively with key internal partners, including business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Executive Compensation teams to ensure alignment on searches.Directly handle all executive searches and deliver market mapping and insights to hiring leaders.Support HRBP’s with administrative tasks when using retained executive search partners.Lead continuous improvement projects to further the executive recruiting function.Lead and develop an Executive Sourcer.

You Have:Extensive experience leading an executive search function, either in-house or at an executive search firm, coupled with broad HR knowledge and exposure to HR leadership.Expertise in accessing top executive talent, understanding market practices and ability to consistently and proactively identify and attract passive executive candidates by applying sophisticated recruiting and networking techniques.Experience as a respected leader who sets the standard, motivates, and empowers others and champions Guardian’s values and principles.Ability to establish rapport as a trusted and respected advisor at the executive level.Gravitas to influence, coach and lead conversations with leaders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrable experience navigating through complexity and an environment of conflicting priorities.Ability to build networks internally across a matrix organization.Expertise in compensation structures and the creation of complex offers.

Salary Range:

$129,500.00 - $212,750.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
