JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Facilities and Infrastructure Operations Manager is responsible for all Facilities and Operations and for supervising all Facilities and Operations contractor staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (high-level overview not intended to capture every task):
Supervise Facilities and Operations staff in activities associated with Facility Inspections, work orders, emergency work orders, service orders, custodial, escorts, general maintenance, preventative maintenance, painters, render safe activities, and life cycle management.Supervise Facility Coordinators to ensure facility monitoring activities and inspections are accurately reported, mitigated, and assessed.Plan and revise work schedules to ensure an even workflow and assure priority service orders and work are handled expeditiously.Coordinate with the COR and Program Manager regarding Facilities and Operations priorities, procedures, and accomplishments.Prepare workload reports and maintain accurate records of activities.Resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies and procedures.Oversee training and mandatory certifications for Facilities and Operations staff and provide technical guidance when necessary.Frequently brief Government COR and G4 Facilities Branch Chief on projects; To include cost, schedule,
and performance.Procure multiple cost estimates for repair work and act as the general contractor for that work.Provide closeout inspections on projects and review warranty information from contractors.Attend G4 Facilities meeting bi-weekly.Shall be responsible for safety of contractor personnel and both contractor and Government owned
equipment.Shall ensure proper security clearances are obtained for all contractor personnel as required.Shall coordinate the efforts of all contractor personnel to meet assigned goals.Shall be responsible for adjusting operations and personnel to meet assigned goals.Shall maintain records for accountability and to an audit standard.Shall support excellence in customer service and deliver excellent customer service both to internal and
external customer while having the ability to work collaboratively to build professional working relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and customers.Shall identify safety concerns to Supervisor and other required stakeholders. (DOD, ARMY, OSHA, ANSI, other industry identified).Shall assist in maintaining accurate files and provide documentation to Government Lead when
requested.Shall provide and assist with required monthly data to Supervisor for a monthly report/tracking matrix of all related matters.Shall make sure that all administrative functions/paperwork is in order relative to receipt documentation, work orders, or internal paperwork are accomplished on time and in the required format.Shall be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe worksite while performing or conducting job duties and be attentive to detail.Shall support the mission, vision, values, and goals of the US ARMY.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of (10) Years of Facility Management Experience and Bachelor’s Degree in related field, and (active) Maryland CLASS C Driver’s License or
• Minimum of (10) Years of Facility Management Experience and possess an (active) IFMA Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Certification, and (active) CLASS C Driver’s License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primarily combination Stationary/Mobile; The work environment occurs primarily in office settings, labs, and outdoor emergency response, building monitoring and inspections. Must be able to pull and lift minimum of 50 pounds; work environment consists of a combination of office setting and outdoor building maintenance, repair, and inspections. Frequent site visits are necessary.

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
