Lead FI/CO Support Analyst
**Job Requisition ID #** 24WD82314 **Responsibilities** : Develop quantitative techniques to inform securities investing, equities investing, pricing, or valuation of financial instruments. Develop mathematical or statistical models for risk management, asset optimization, pricing, or relative value analysis. Evaluate the business requirements of Autodesk’s and recommend architectural direction and solution design that best meet these business needs but stay within the overall strategic architectural directions and guidelines. Drive and support Finance impacting projects and enhancements of all sizes. Provide technical expertise in discussions with internal stakeholders during blueprint requirements gathering, solution/design sign off, demo of configured solution, final UAT sign off for any project. IT production support for Internal Finance stakeholders. Collaborate with extended team of functional and technical team members. Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and IT engineering teams across the project lifecycle. Work with integration tools like RevPro, Concur, etc. and reporting tools like BI, Barcelona etc. to ensure correct system to system communication. Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge SAP S4 HANA (FICO, BRIM, FICA, FSCM, Project Accounting), strong understanding of application frameworks, infrastructure, and comfortable navigating through multiple systems and reading code. Manage incident tickets and defect/enhancement tracking queues, Assist with issue resolution when requiring development effort by working with development teams to Design, develop, re-factor, optimize, and enhance application software utilizing various technologies. Contribute to BI domain specific data/information roadmaps, BI reference architectures and patterns, BI data standards/guidelines, and ensure solution architectures embrace defined strategies. Work with the development team on Digital Financial modernization project using SAP S4 HANA, includes various modules like BRIM, FICO, FICA, Treasury and Risk Management, In-house Cash, Core Finance, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting. Work primarily with Subscribe to Pay process in S4 HANA which includes (Order Capture, Order processing, Master data, BITS Billing, Invoicing, Payment processing, Collections etc.) and be able to come up with the innovative solution for the enterprise. Collaborate with business and IT in developing and maintaining documented procedures (SOX Compliance) for management of systems, system configurations, and environments. Work with Financial Group reporting for Legal/Management, reporting with Currency translation and generate integrated SAP Analysis of Office Excel reports. Collaborate with RevPro business and development teams to support the Revenue Recognition process. Facilitate and negotiate prioritization of service requests with business leaders based on strategic drivers and anticipated business value (ROI). Collaborate in the development or testing of new analytical software to ensure compliance with user requirements, specifications, or scope. Maintain configuration in SAP HANA and ECC systems in support of current business processes and new project deployments. Collaborate in development of actionable and targeted application change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, and resistance management plan. Increase visibility and awareness regarding business value of IT, identify opportunities to transform the business, and establishing a business partnership with the Executive Committee. Drive cost optimization by identifying opportunities to leverage solutions cross-functionally across business areas and generate economies of scale. Take part in establishing team vision, mission, yearly operations goals, and tactical plans in alignment with key business areas, IT and the organization. Prepare and maintain functional specification, configuration documents, test plans and other documentation as per validation requirements. Work with Business SMEs to reach agreeable solutions, alternatives. Work with globally spread functional and technical team members, provide knowledge transfer/training to same on new project developments. Some telecommuting is permitted **Minimum Requirements** : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Financial Software Consulting-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted. **Special Requirements** : This position requires at least 5 years of experience with the following skills: + Troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge SAP S4 HANA (FICO, FSCM, Project Accounting); + Understanding of application frameworks, infrastructure, and comfortable navigating through multiple systems and reading code; + Facilitating the SAP S4 HANA Cloud implementation and support projects in areas of Universal Ledger, New Asset Accounting, Ledgers, Multiple currencies, Segment reporting; + Working with Integration tools including either Concur, FAR, Equifax, PeopleSoft, Blackline, or Vertex to ensure SAP has full and complete data; + Project co-ordination through tools including either Solution Manager, Remedy, or HP Quality tool; + Working with the development team on Digital Financial modernization project using SAP S4 HANA, includes various modules including either FICO, Financial Supply Chain Management, Asset Accounting, or Project Accounting; and, + Uploading of Master data and Transactional data migration using the S4 HANA LTMC and for transaction processing using the latest S4 HANA Fiori Tiles. The Position also requires at least 3 years of experience with the following skill: + Configuration of SAP ECC New GL (Document Splitting, Segment Reporting), Lock Box Processing, Manual and Electronic Bank Statements, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and Material Ledger. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $130,000 - $172,800 / year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
