Lead Field Service Rep

Job Characteristics: Responsible for providing technical support to current customers. Expert in equipment installations & performing system analysis. Embodies safety leadership. Accountable for technical service support to customers. Develops others’ understanding based on expertise; Coaches/Mentors other Field Service Reps. Recognized as an expert in a minimum of one area.
