Lead Field Service Technician

The Lead Field Service Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex machines and equipment out in the field. Will be responsible for training other technicians in order to develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of proper repair techniques.

Will train the right person who is willing to travel and learn new technologies as well as diagnostic techniques.

YOUR IMPACT

Conduct all aspects of advance repairs on all complexities of vehicles and various equipment.

Train other technicians by assisting them with troubleshooting and accurate way of searching for parts.

Inspect and troubleshoot different types of vehicles to determine a resolution.

Assist technicians with Quality Control issues when necessary.

Continuously maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

Maintain one's own service truck maintained in good working order, clean and presentable.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   

High School Diploma or its equivalent.

Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Experience with chassis maintainence or repair

Advanced electrical and diagnostic experience or certifications

Valid Driver’s License.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: 

Experience as a Field Service Technician.

Experience with welding and hydraulic systems.

Experience in mentoring and training others.
