Lead Field Service Technician

As\na Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the\nopportunity to lead and manage a team of field service technicians, ensuring\nefficient and effective service delivery for fire life safety systems. Your\nexpertise and leadership will drive the success of our field service\noperations, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. You will report directly\nto our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our designated location\non a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service\ntechnicians, providing technical guidance and support for fire life safety\nsystems. You will oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and\neffective service delivery to our customers. Your expertise in fire life safety\nsystems, along with your strong customer service and computer skills, will be\ncrucial in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of field service technicians,\nproviding technical guidance and support for fire life safety systemsOversee field service operations,\nensuring efficient and effective service deliveryProvide technical expertise and\nsupport for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-siteCollaborate with cross-functional\nteams to develop and implement solutions for customer needsConduct training sessions for field\nservice technicians and customers.Stay updated with industry trends and\nadvancements, and provide recommendations for improvementEnsure compliance with company\npolicies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum\nof 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on\nfire life safety systemsStrong technical knowledge and expertise in fire life safety\nsystems.Willingness to have or obtain Nicet II certification.XLS3000 and Verifier tool experience.Computer\nSkillsExcellent leadership and team\nmanagement skillsAbility to effectively manage and\nprioritize multiple projects and tasksExperience in driving process\nimprovements and implementing best practicesStrong problem-solving and\ndecision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and\ninterpersonal skills

High School Diploma, or equivalent.
