You will report directly\nto our Field Service Manager and you will work out of our designated location\non a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of field service\ntechnicians, providing technical guidance and support for fire life safety\nsystems. You will oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and\neffective service delivery to our customers. Your expertise in fire life safety\nsystems, along with your strong customer service and computer skills, will be\ncrucial in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
