Roles and Responsibilities

Support Monthly management reporting processes, including various Standard reports, Forecast & Budget consolidation Bowlers, Daily pacing.Corporate submissions and preparation of review meeting decks for Senior managementSupport in building commentaries for Budget and Forecasting cyclesSupport HQ projects and other FP&A initiativesDeliver timely information, insights, and forecastingIdentifying opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis processes. Build positive relationships with senior partners, providing timely reporting and strategic planning supportBuild accurate forecasts based on trends and partner information and deliver timely information, insights, and forecastingPartner with various finance team including BU FP&A and Controllership for smooth closing of books.

Key Skills 

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial dataExperience with financial planning and analysis software. Hyperion is preferredProficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectivelyUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team
