Lead Financial Officer for Risk Management and Human Resources - C15/DIRECTOR - NEW YORK

LFOs are Finance partners and strategic advisors to the functions and businesses they support. They lead the development and execution of financial objectives for their respective areas, including strategic business initiatives to deliver financial performance, and serve as the conduit for their function(s) with other Finance disciplines.
**Responsibilities:**
This Risk Management and Human Resources LFO role will be responsible for the following LFO responsibilities:
+ Managing critical stakeholder relationships, including the Chief Risk Officer, Head of Human Resources and respective CAO teams
+ Supporting establishment and delivery of each Function’s financial objectives
+ Leading short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
+ Advising and partnering on financial business decisions and plans
+ Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the Functions, their core mandate and strategic objectives
+ Providing insightful analysis and thoughtful challenge that informs strategic and financial plans and contributes to performance-based outcomes
+ Reinforcing a culture of financial discipline
+ Providing regular financial performance updates, including in-depth financial analysis, insight into variances to financial plans, and proposing
+ Leading a team and supporting key people management responsibilities such as hiring, team building, and development
+ Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years of experience
+ Knowledge of and/or experience working with the corporate / functions, with direct knowledge of Risk Management and/or Human Resource functions a plus
+ Financial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics and analysis
+ Strong analytical and communication skills and proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
+ Experience managing high performing and motivated teams

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
