Specialized experience is defined as: applying financial management methods, practices, and principles in planning and implementing process improvements relative to large-scale accounting and financial systems; Demonstrated experience in budget formulation, presentation, and execution. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Process. Strong analytical and problem skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Advanced Excel Proficiency; expertise in utilizing advanced excel features, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools to analyze and present budget data effectively. Familiarity with Information and Technology terminology and concepts relevant to budget analysis and reporting systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex budget information to stakeholders at all levels.
