**Job Title: Lead Finish Technician**
**Job Description**
Seeking a 2nd shift Lead Finish Technician responsible for the upkeep and operation of painting machine equipment. This role involves performing mechanical troubleshooting when machines go down and partnering with a maintenance technician when beyond your knowledge. Additionally, you will oversee 4-5 other operators, ensuring they meet production expectations, and assist with any preventive maintenance (PMs) or troubleshooting within the team.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical troubleshooting on painting machine equipment.
+ Partner with maintenance technicians for complex issues beyond your knowledge.
+ Supervise 4-5 operators, ensuring production expectations are met.
+ Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting within the team.
**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Leadership experience in an industrial setting.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a PM Technician.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Middlebury, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
