The Lead Float Caregiver's primary responsibility is to provide direct in-home care services. The Lead Float Caregiver must be flexible and willing to assist clients with varied diagnoses and needs and be willing to drive to clients' homes within the tri-county area (primarily Charleston County). This caregiver position does not have regular clients. Rather, this caregiver will fill in for caregivers who are sick and assist clients that do not have a caregiver.
When not providing direct care, the Lead Float Caregiver may be asked to assist with 1:1 caregiver training, continued education training, and/or general office work.
A pet lover is preferable for this position!

Requirements
Experience in home care, assisted living or nursing home setting
GED or high school diploma
Reliable transportation with proof of valid state license and auto insurance
Ability to pass required background checks
Must be dependable and trustworthy
Ability to pass drug screen
Willingness to learn and grow
