Directs department activities to include food preparation, production, assembly, service and distribution for patients/residents, staff and visitors. Ensures adherence to standardized recipes, menus and safe handling practices. Organizes cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, and small wares. Operates cash registers and other equipment to include; pizza ovens and grill. Provides input to Production Manager and Food Supervisor regarding shift operations.
