For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Georgia 30328The FinTech Engineering group is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join the XUP Team, which is focused on building best-in-class experiences for commercial customers across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Work with Engineering Leadership and Product Managers to understand user stories and technical design requirements. Set standards and improve overall quality of repos. Take an idea from the product team and architect/design a solution, with the ability to describe the implementation to the development team. Work closely with product managers through development lifecycle. Refine Jira Tickets Create Technical Jira TicketsAdd well documented technical details to ticketsPerform and manage code reviews including finding issues with changes, giving suggestions on code readability, performance, etc Defining code review templates, enforcing unit testing, and ensure code reviews happening across teamArbitrate any conflicts Monitor & handle build/deployment failuresAttend project planning and kickoff meetings to hear business requirements from the client’s point of view and ask questions with the end goal of solution delivery.Coordinate well with QA team.Research and troubleshoot FE and BE bugs.Attend/Lead team sprint meetings and agile ceremonies e.g. standup, refinement, sprint plan, retrospective, etc. Be available and vocal on via group channels. Build expertise of technologies, practices, projects, features, etc. Fully know how the system works, including areas you haven’t directly worked on. Build a collaborative engineering team environment, including problem solving with engineers, knowledge sharing, and helping to mentor more junior engineers.What You Have
Tech Lead and Full-stack development experience, 5+ years as an Engineer Expertise with .Net/C# and Angular, specifically:.net6+Angular 13+ Additional technologies may include: Javascript, HTML/CSS, Contentful, GitLab, GCP tools, SQL Server, MongoExperience building web-based applications & working in a cloud-native development environment Experience within agile development teams, including working directly in pods of 5+ engineers Proactive communication skills with the ability to articulate complex implementations to developers and non-developers alike. Can communicate on status and effectively update leadershipCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $145,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
