As a Lead Full Stack Engineer on the AI Enablement Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications that leverage advanced AI capabilities to help Humana on this journey. Your work will be transformational for our company as we seek to enable enhanced productivity across a wide range of IT disciplines.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, coupled with a passion for AI and machine learning technologies. You will also need to have experience deploying and running applications in the cloud, including an understanding of the Kubernetes runtime. You will need to collaborate closely with business partners to mature use cases and have an enablement mindset as we are educating on AI capabilities as we partner with teams across the enterprise. Finally, you will need to lead by example, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive Humana’s strategic AI objectives forward.
